6) Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, payment plans, and applicable taxes.

If you purchase a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access, collections activity, or other remedies permitted by law.

7) Digital Products, Courses, and License

When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use unless we state otherwise in writing.

You may not:

Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or broadcast the content

Provide login access to others

Copy or “rip” videos, PDFs, or recordings

Use content to create a competing product or service

We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorized sharing or misuse.

8) Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy or medical care. The Services are for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed physician, therapist, psychiatrist, attorney, or financial advisor.

You understand and agree:

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

You should seek appropriate professional support for medical, psychological, legal, or financial concerns.

If you are in crisis or fear for your safety, contact emergency services immediately.

9) No Guarantees and Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, relationship changes, intimacy improvements, financial results, or business outcomes. Testimonials and examples are not promises of what you will achieve.

10) Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows (Coaching)

If you purchase private coaching, intensives, or calls:

You are responsible for attending sessions on time.

No-shows may be treated as a used session with no refund.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Late reschedules may be treated as a used session.

If the Company must reschedule, we will provide a new date/time or appropriate credit.

11) Refund Policy

All sales are final unless a specific product page, checkout page, or written agreement states otherwise.

Because digital products and immediate access content cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for:

Digital downloads

Online courses

Past sessions

Access to recordings

Membership fees already billed

If a refund is offered for a specific program, it will be governed by the written refund terms presented at purchase. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your access to all Services and pursue available remedies.

12) Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel according to the instructions provided in your account portal or purchase confirmation. Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated.

We may modify membership pricing, content, or benefits with notice. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance.

13) Community Guidelines

If you access a community (Facebook group, membership forum, etc.), you agree to participate respectfully. We may remove any content or revoke access (without refund) for harassment, hate speech, doxxing, illegal content, or repeated disruption of the community experience.

14) Intellectual Property

All Site content and Services are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, videos, audio, PDFs, worksheets, branding, trademarks, logos, and course materials.

You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without written permission.

15) User Content and Permissions

If you submit comments, posts, images, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for business purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

16) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Violate laws or regulations

Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or systems

Interfere with Site functionality

Upload malware or harmful code

Impersonate any person

Copy or harvest data without permission
